Please ensure you submit a completed booking form, along with one of the screening options below, and I will respond shortly.

  • If you have a LinkedIn profile with 100+ connections, you can send your profile link.

  • A blank email with subject line “Contact Info” sent from your work email to my unpublished male-named Gmail address, which can be requested when booking.

  • A photo of your government issued ID (feel free to cover some information, but please keep full name and DOB visible).

  • Two references from established independent providers you’ve seen in the past 6 months.

  • Your handle from TNA Board or Private Delights.

If none of the above are possible, please provide me with your full legal name, DOB and phone number (no VOIP).
